Requesting additional diskspace

Hi, I am creating this post to request additional disk space.

I was trying to download my website as a local backup. It has failed beacuse i do not have enough diskspace?

Hey there is an easy fix for this! Head to your Direct Admin Panel > Extra Features > Select PHP Version > Options > Then from here you can scroll down and edit: memory_limit, post_max_size, upload_max_filesize This is likely what the issue is.

it appears my disk usage is 999MB/1GB. May i request additional storage to complete backup please?
