Hi jayteax1,

It looks like you have several files in "videos", where each file is approximately 100MB. Due to the 10MB individual file limit, these files will be deleted automatically within a few hours.

Terms of Service said:
File Storage
Hosting accounts may not be used to store backups, personal files, or non-web accessible files. Any files hosted on the account must be directly related to the website the account is intended for. Files over 10MB in size will be automatically removed from non-upgraded accounts.

When these videos are excluded, this brings your account to about 3MB total. Therefore, you do not qualify for a disk space upgrade right now. ;)
