requesting domain transfer

I want to transfer domain hosted here to another server.
but there is no backup option in cPanel nor the ssh is available.
any advice on this issue

p.s. transfering from (stoli) skyline-f.elementfx.com to whm 11.25.0

How To Backup Your Free Hosting Website Data

*** If you have placed yourself files outside the public_html folder, it is suggested to back them up as well. If you don't know what I referred to, do not mind this comment.

Step One:
Login to cPanel.
Go to File Manager.
Go to your public_html directory.
Select all files.
Compress all files into a zip archive using the compress icon.
Close the popup window.
Select the zip archive you just created and download it.

Step Two:
Go to phpMyAdmin in cPanel.
Click on export tab.
On the left select Export / Select All.
Scroll down to bottom.
You will see "Save As File".
You can rename this file if you wish.
I suggest leaving compression set to "None".
Click on the Go button on the right. The download will start.
