Requesting staff for magazine

Hi,
I have created an independent games magazine called IndieGo, and need a couple more people to write reviews/news/columns in it. Staff will not get paid but will get free games and obviously the experience of working for a magazine where you will learn many skills. We have partnerships with several indie games companies some of which are very large and I will go into more detail about them if your interested. Is the magazine connected to the gaming site? Wouldn't I already get or be able to play free games just by going to iGames? I don't understand the incentive. A little more info about your offer for those who may be interested would be nice.

The site is real enough. The offer however may contain a catch. Always err on the side of caution, I say.
