Don't bother anymore. I went with another host, and after this experience I wouldn't risk hosting my website on x10 anyway.

the free support forums are handled by volunteers.
there is no support staff readily available to answer posts right after you post.
some people wait a few days or more before getting replies.
but staff does reply when they can.
