I no longer have access to Panel Hosting. I changed my browser (tells me about vpn, corporate network, or Tor). But I don't use that. I also disabled browser extensions.
Here is a screenshot of Panel Hosting.

Thank you Panel Hosting is unlocked; so the problem is solved. I now use a basic browser to go to Panel Hosting.
