My account got suspended for Inactivity.
I have tried to unsuspend through the control panel but keep getting the following error;
Unsuspension failed. Please refresh the page and try again.
Message on unsuspend
The reason this account was suspended:
Inactivity Suspension. Users are required to sign in every 30 days.
This service can be unsuspended immediately by clicking the unsuspend button below.
Please correct the issue identitied by the suspension reason so that your account does not get resuspended.
If you believe your service was suspended due to an error, please create a ticket in the support forum for
further investigation
