Requesting Unsuspension

My account was suspended due to inactivity. There's no way to unsuspend it on the profile or dashboard.

There's no way to unsuspend. See attached screenshot.

I login, and it goes right to this page. There are no options in the menu, in Account, etc, to unsuspend.
