I believe my account was suspended due to 30 days of inactivity. On my dashboard the status says "Active", but when I go to the hosting control panel, it says "Your account is disabled". When I go to the URL for my website I see "This Account Has Been Suspended". Screen shots of each are attached. I started as a free account, but after my account was suspended, I signed up for the lowest tier of the paid services.
