Please reach out separately regarding your case.

To clarify our system sends roughly 8 emails and the total time is 60 days. 2 months with 8 emails should not be considered a short time.

So we sent you 5 emails before we actually took action. Those emails spanned during the time period and may have came one each day before it happened.
