requesting unsuspension

Hello, I was browsing the file manager of my panel and I log out and when I try to log in it tells me that my service is suspended, I would like to know why my service was suspended and if there is any way to fix it, the panel tells me that it is imposed the suspension of the content of the account and gives me this code PTEWTJQ, if you could help me or tell me what happened to know if I did something inappropriate it would be very helpful, thank you.
