Requesting unsuspension

Today, 2024-02-14, I received an email showing that my account has been suspended. I read the terms for hosting and I don't know which rule I ended up breaking. Is there any way to reverse this?

If you log into your account panel, it will tell you a suspension reason. If it is for inactivity, you can unsuspend it yourself.

Unfortunately it wasn't due to inactivity, it was something related to the domain.
