How can I recover my data from suspended account?
I have requested reactivation of my account but so far no response.

Registered 2023-02-07
Order Number 8300729015
Due Date 2024-03-22
Billing $11.95 USD Annually
Status Suspended
It was temporarily activated, but when I started doing backups it was suspended again.
Could you please reactivate my account, so I can finish all my backups, clean it uo and use it again?
I would also like to pay my annual fee, but I cannot find any link nor info (server-upgrade), which I cannot locate.
I would appreciate your help.
