Requesting unsuspension

Hello there!

I know that a lot of people are requesting this, but I'm willing to purchase a paid plan if you help me recovering my suspended account. I ovedued my sign-in for 2 days, I just didn't know that I had to do that until it happened. Also the emails you sent me went to spam, so I couldn't see them in time.

It's order number 8501951363
My service number that I'd love to recover is: 126207

If only I could get access to the files and the database I could migrate it to your paid hosting plan.

We can see you have already re-created a new service which means we are not able to currently restore the previous. Please clarify if you wish for us to to remove this new service and restore the old.

Please note you have not accessed the server in over 60 days and this restore is being done as a one time courtesy of our team

Yes I did in a desperate and naive attempt to recover my site, which I later regretted. I do wish that you remove this new service and restore the old one.

I know, I will always be grateful if you could assist me with my request, and will for sure purchase a paid plan so that this doesn't happen again to me.

Hello again,

As mentioned and a little worried about the possible deletion of the installation, files and database because of the time has gone by, I would be delighted if you could override the current installation of the new service, so that you can restore the old one, as you were asking and as I had already mentioned. I will change the service to paid one, or even better if you could help me out with that on changing to Starter plan.

I will let our backend team know we can remove the existing service and attempt to restore your old.

While we do appreciate the support you do not need to update or upgrade to any packages for this to be done.

Thank you so much for your valuable support as well as the backend team for attempting to restore the previous site.

I'm aware of that, but I would really consider it after the restoration is done as a show of my appreciation, and also so that I can have more server resources for my website.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you and your team in regards to the outcome of the restoration.

You should see the org. service restored at this time. Please allow up to 1 hour after this post for the local DNS and services to fully sync.

Hello Eric,

First of all, thank you so much for your help! From my x10 hosting dashboard I can see that the previous service has already been restored and appears as Active.

Nevertheless, when I try to access the Hosting Control Panel to manage the service by login in at https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/login/ , I can't access my account anymore. It appears "Your account has been suspended" for some unknown reason for me, since I haven't done anything after I created this thread asking for help. It appears a similar error the same when I try to access my https://josueedreybg.elementfx.com/ domain. I tried to login to see more information, but in the dashboard in the services section everything seems to be normal.

I would be forever grateful if you could help me accessing to the Hosting Control Panel so that I can finally manage and access the website again. Thank you so much in advance.

Your org. service is unsuspended. The previous one is removed fully.
