Sorry to disappoint you, but I don’t think they themselves know how to unblock accounts. They emailed us, and we clearly explained that our account is a school account. They requested all the necessary information, which we provided, but so far, nothing has been done about it. If you’re still not unblocked, it’s likely because they themselves can’t resolve the issue. At this point, I think they should just delete accounts they suspect of being duplicates so everyone can start fresh.
