Hello,

My site was recently suspended due to some kind of error. The original site, crowcast.cc, is a growing streaming platform.

Today, I attempted to add another domain mailer-crowcast.x10.mx where I planned to upload a mailing system I purchased from CodeCanyon. I intended to use it to send emails to my clients. However, out of concern that it might interfere with the existing SQL database, I decided to delete the code.

Shortly afterward, I received an email notifying me that my hosting was suspended due to a violation. I'm not sure what violation occurred, but if possible, could you please restore my site? It's growing steadily, and I would really hate to lose all that progress.

Thank you for your help.

the email should contain the reason for the suspension being imposed. Alternatively, logging into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/panel will also inform you of the suspension reason.

It says the domain I added to my free plan does not adhere to community standards, which I still don't get. All I did is create a domain I named it mailer for the mailing system I was attempting to deploy and use so I can send emails to my viewers using Smtp

This should now be allowed. Please allow up to 24 hours for it to resync .

Just to be clear, I linked my domain "crowcast.cc", with another hosting provider temporarily, so the website won't appear suspended to my users and inform them about the situation. I hope this won't pose an issue when removing the suspension, or it won't make it hard to determine my account

It shouldn't as long as the domain is still added on your account, it would just be a simple matter of changing the nameservers back to x10 nameservers or changing the DNS A records back to point correctly.
