I received a notification that the domain I created, mailer.x10.mx, has been suspended and that I need to contact the forum for assistance.

Could you please let me know if it is possible to restore and reactivate this domain, or if it would be better to cancel it and create a new domain with a different name?

I have been waiting for a response from you for quite some time, but you are simply ignoring my message. I understand that this is a free account, but is that really a reason to treat someone this way?

Could you please tell me whether my domain will be deleted so that I can create one with a different name, or not?
