I understand my account was suspended because the domain 100proxy.filegear-sg.me contains the prohibited word “proxy.” I sincerely apologize—it was just a temporary placeholder for a personal site, never intended for any proxy service.
I’m ready to delete the domain immediately and revert all DNS settings back to ns1.x10hosting.com / ns2.x10hosting.com right away.
Most urgently, my account contains critical project data I absolutely cannot lose—my deadline is approaching fast, and losing access would have serious academic and financial consequences.
