Subject: Suspension Appeal / Request Unsuspension for my account - KittlyCraft Minecraft Mod Site
Dear x10Hosting Support Team,
I am writing to respectfully appeal the suspension of my hosting account (username: ornnfauw, domain: kittlycraft.net).
I was very surprised to see my account suspended, as my website is only used to host information and downloads for my personal Minecraft mod called KittlyCraft. It is a small, non-commercial project where I share mod files, images, descriptions, and maybe a simple webpage for the community to download and learn about the mod.
I have reviewed the x10Hosting Terms of Service[](https://x10hosting.com/terms) and, to the best of my knowledge, I have not violated any rules. Specifically:
- No malware, phishing, spam, or malicious scripts are present on the site.
- No copyrighted material is being distributed illegally (the mod is my own creation or uses only permitted elements).
- No excessive resource usage (it's a very low-traffic static/mod download site).
- No prohibited/illegal content of any kind.
The site contains only:
- Minecraft mod .jar files (my own mod)
- Screenshots and descriptions
- Basic HTML/CSS for the page
In the control panel, there is no reason why my website should have been suspended.
If there is any file or content that was flagged by mistake (perhaps because .jar files are sometimes mistaken for something malicious), I am more than willing to:
- Remove or rename any flagged files immediately
- Change the file extensions if needed
- Provide more details or even send the mod files for review
My goal is just to have the account unsuspended so I can continue sharing my mod with the small Minecraft community that enjoys it. This is a hobby project with very low traffic and no commercial intent.
Could you please review my case and let me know what specific issue caused the suspension and how I can fix it to have the account reinstated?
