requesting unsuspension

I have received an email about my free account being suspended due to a recent change. I haven't changed anything this year, so I'm unclear what is wrong.

On the portal it says "This service is suspended: Prohibited term in domain name [redacted].x10host.com" The bit I have redacted is just my name, and the only page on that domain is a "page under construction". I have a subdomain with more pages, but that site is working, and I'm paying the annual fee for the (?) starter subscription (I think that's what it's called)

We have allowed this domain as our system has reported this as a a false positive. Please allow a few hours after this update for things to be come active.

Thanks for this. Is it possible to clarify - do you mean the system identified that it had been a false positive (i.e. automatically picked up and resolved), or that you have overridden the false positive? If it's the latter (which I suspect is the case), could this happen again or is the domain whitelisted now?

Was it my main domain (my name) or the subdomain that was blocked - I can't tell because they both seemed to be working.
