requesting unsuspension

Hi,

I just created this account for my domain but it got suspended for some reason, can we remove the suspension and also know the reason for suspension to avoid it in the future

This board is for all unsuspension request

Thanks for your reply,So in my account, It states that "This service is suspended: Prohibited term in domain name tembopallets.co.tz"
Can you advise what term this is exactly?

Because tembopallets.co.tz has 2 words
1. Tembo = Elephant
2. Pallets = Cargo Pallets

So im not sure which term is the exact problem, can you please provide more light to this.

Also, is there a way to remove the Suspension?
