I have installed my legal version of VB software on my account, and it has the ability to automatically place ads on my site where i choose, but i use it to add pics etc.

When i try to do that, the title of this post is what i get. What kind of extension on the server could be blocking this action ?

Thanks for the help :)

We do not block visitors that use ad blockers (heck, I use one myself). This seems like some sort of configuration or addon in vB that is causing this.

:) i like the ad blocker in Google, but i would have never guessed (actually i did) that it could interfere with a function of my software, but it did. All is good now since i disabled it. I may try putting up the pics i want then turning it back on, but i think it may just block those pics from showing up on my site.

And you are correct it has absolutely nothing to do with X10.

Do a quick view source and you'll probably find that the div(s) into which your pictures (or, normally, the ads) are inserted have a very "this is an ad" sort of id or class value on them. So it wouldn't matter what's actually inside, since the container itself is being picked up by the adblocker (and it'd probably be true across all adblockers). If you're not unwilling to meddle with the software a bit, you should be able to change the id/class the script is generating in order to eliminate the problem (although if it's a typical commercial PHP package, you may have to do some digging through included included includes or required required requires to find the thing that needs changing).
