require_once error

Hi,

My website (http://materials.x10.mx) was working fine but today when I try to open it I get the following error :

Warning: require_once(/home/materi79/public_html/joomla16/libraries/phputf8/mbstring/core.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/materi79/public_html/joomla16/libraries/phputf8/utf8.php on line 60

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/materi79/public_html/joomla16/libraries/phputf8/mbstring/core.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in/home/materi79/public_html/joomla16/libraries/phputf8/utf8.php on line 60

Any idea about how can it be resolved?

There is a issue with the file [ core.php ]

I'm not seeing anything that appears to be an error or wrong at that link. Can you describe for me what the problem is a bit more in depth?

When I try to apply a filter or search by term or select a page, these functions don't respond.
