Reset account

I need account reset since i cannot login to cPanel:
according to http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/114038-missing-website-unable-login-cpanel.html all the files are lost with the transfer of servers

Or maybe its easier to delete my account and i can sign up for a new one using my username etc
