Can anyone RESET my associated x10hosting account?

Unfortunately with the account being used to store copyright infringing Habbo retro files, which violates both the copyright infringement and file storage sections of our Terms of Service, we're not able to reset the account, nor are we able to lift the suspension that was applied.
