Reset my acount please

I need my account reset, my hosting account isdnt in the database and I cant sign up for another hosting package, so I was wondering if its possible to reset my x10hosting account, or delete it or something so I can get another hosting packapge, I would greatly appreciate it

We dont do resets, we can delete them - please see the information in the upgrade/downgrade area.
