Reset the account

I accidentally messsed up a lot of the ftp/public html files, can you reset my account?

There is not a reset account function (you can however delete your account and sign up again), but I am struggling to think what you could do to 'mess up' your ftp/public_html files and I doubt reinstating your account is necessary. Could you please be more specific about what you did so we can help?

For some odd reason, it keeps giving me an error 404 whenever I try accessing my webpage. So I think I messed something up. Could you possibly help me with reinstating the files?
