I have deleted some important files by mistake...How can I have the administrator reset my account.

I did log in to my cPanel and utilize the R1Soft Backup Restore utility to restore my account to a previously working state.

Error:
Error reading DiskSafe. (home/zlipecki) not found...

tks.

We currently only create backups once per month for free accounts, if you signed up in December we would not have a backup available yet. We do backup databases every day though.

Hi howart,

If you deleted these files through the Legacy File Manager, you may be able to still find them in the Trash Bin. Otherwise, they are unrecoverable. I recommend taking a local backup of your website before making any changes to it to avoid something like this in the future.
