Resetting site.

Hello.
I was getting suspended 2 times for the same reason; high CPU count.
I am trying to track it down but before I was ready with my break I got another suspend.
My question is: how do I reset my website so I can start it all over?

Just delete all databases, Email account and files in Public_html folder.

Remember don`t delete public_html folder...

But wouldn't that also delete important files, or will they be recreated automatically?

There is no such important files else .htaccess

Which will be recreated automatically
