resolve suspension

It says my website has been suspended because I transferred to another server?

I never transferred to another server, to my knowledge.

Can I please have my website re-instated?

edit: my cPanel username is quovadis and my hosting cp username is lameboy

actually, we are moving accounts to a new server.

The reason it gets suspended during the actual transfer is to avoid corruption of data by locking the account. The suspension is placed by cPanel and will resolve itself once your account has been fully transferred.
