Ignorance of the rules is not a valid excuse for violating them, as you specifically agreed you had read them when you signed up for your account. This is a zero-tolerance suspension, meaning your account will not be unsuspended and you will not be allowed access to any of your files nor databases.

You agreed to the TOS when you signed up.
For multiple severe violations your Hosting account has been permanently suspended. You will not be unsuspended. You are not allowed access to your account. Your Hosting account and all its contents will be deleted.
When you upload scripts, files, etc, you still have local copies of them. They will have to do, since you will not get them off of x10hosting's servers.
