resolve this suspension

I login for last time on 28 of June and you suspended again my account today. I read your policies and it says clearly that you suspend one account if the user doesn't login at least once a month. Can you please resolve this problem.

That's correct, the TOS does indicate you need to log into the FORUMS once per month.

You haven't logged in since 2-17. It'll keep resuspending you until you login to the forums, so before you run another unsuspension, login at x10hosting.com/forums and check up on news/announcements while there. Once that's done, then request the unsuspension.

We can unsuspend it from here right now, but it'll just turn around and suspend you again.
