Resolving Suspension

Dear Administrator,

I chose x10's free hosting in order to run Fever, a hosted RSS reader (feedafever.com). Can you please unsuspend my account and advise me how I might avoid account suspensions in the future. All I'd been doing was reading my feeds and periodically refreshing. I'd be happy to upgrade to avoid this in the future.

Your hosting account is suspended for high system resource usage.

First and second high resource usages can be unsuspended from account panle --> http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

But for the third the staff has to do it for you.

I thought by opening a thread I was indicating I needed the staff to unsuspend my account. I'm already on my 3rd suspension in the hour since I opened the free hosting account. I'm willing to upgrade to one of the paid plans if my account could be unsuspended and I could use the upgrade option on the control panel to transition to a paid account.
