Resource Limit Hit (for 12 hours straight now)

I didn't have any problems with x10hosting until yesterday (2011/09/21) when my website (http://4as.pl) started showing "Resource Limit Hit" and I don't recall making any significant changes recently (for at least two weeks or even more). In any event, I went to check CPU usage log and it shows pretty average numbers except for the very end of the day where they skyrocketed for some reason. Since then it seems that the log had stopped updating, which perhaps means I am suspended? But it doesn't say so on the "Hosting Account Management" page.
My question is: what could possible trigger this problem and how to get rid of it?

Any idea what might have caused this problem? At first I've tried deleting some files and scripts, but I'm not sure if that was the reason.
