I reseave the follow error on my forum, how is this possible and how do I make my site online again ?

Resource Limit Hit!

This site has exceeded its resource limits for the past hour, web traffic has been restricted. Limits are reset every hour, please try back shortly.Common reasons for this error:

• High resource usage scripts.
• Poorly coded scripts.
• Time to upgrade.

So if I have it good, this will have nothing to do with to much members online, or to manny visited?

But wat is the problem using to much CPU?? Because I start yesterday on this server soI don't have a qlue wat this problem is. I want to know this because I can try that the forum not go's offline, because this is not so good for my members (for nobody haha)

So wat can I do to make the opportunity so little that my forum go's offline?
