My site is down showing a "Resource Limit Hit" message. Even though it says it should be up again in shortly, it's been like this for 3 or 4 days now and I'm almost certain this is a mistake because I don't use any scripts other than the forum software. The worst is I can't unsuspend my account because on my account panel it says it's active. Please do something quickly.

Resource limits are automatic. Your site is using too many resources and you should be able to access cPanel still. It's most likely caused by something you are running on the forum. Do you have chat scripts or something that is run constantly?

Nope, nothing. Just the forum software, without any addons.

This is my company website and this situation isn't exactly making us look professional. It's been like this for quite a few days and I doubt that whatever is triggering this is our fault since we never installed any script or anything like that so it's got to be a mistake on your part. Please, we need this situation dealt with ASAP.
