Ok how can a resource limit be reached with this statement you guys made???

Bandwidth is unmetered, but that is not the only resource involved in serving your site to your visitors.

There are limits on CPU, RAM and processes (which is what that message refers to) though since you do share the server with others, everyone would need to be able to use those resources as well. Hitting that limit often is a result of excessive plugins and/or poorly coded scripts that don't close up properly when they ran fully.
