A few minutes ago I was just working on my website and all was fine. I refreshed my site from the front-end to view the changes I had made and it wouldn't load. I then refreshed wordpress on the back-end and received this message:
Resource Limit Is Reached
The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later.
I looked at a few posts on this forum that I found via google and it seems as if plug-ins can cause this issue, however, since initially setting up my site (yesterday) I have not installed any new plug-ins. I should have no traffic on my site as it is brand new and unadvertised. What could be the issue? Is it just the server overloaded from other sites traffic that use the same server? and if so, how often does this sort of thing happen and what is the expected downtime when it occurs?
