Resource Usage Issues

I got suspended twice for too high resource usage when i was updating my forum template once and when i was adding categories and forums to my forum. How can i monitor the usage of the host, or how can i increase it? Because its possible i will get suspended again, i was doing some basic thinks like adding forums and categories, i didn't thought that will use too much resources. What if i backup the forums with the backup script? I was going to do this, but now i'm not sure.

Your Forums are taking too long to load... There must be something wrong with your forums which take too much CPU load...

Check your all setting and MOD if you have any...

Also make sure you are not using gzip compression.

I'm very noob at forums, i downloaded a free script and installed these forums. I hardly know how they work, all i can do is increase the max cpu usage for the forum, if there is a way, if there isn't i will have to learn it or get another script
