You have to unsuspend yourself from the account panel, if you haven't already done so. http://x10hosting.com/control/
It will not expire, it's just when you get to three a member of staff has to manually unsuspend you (you can't do it yourself from the account panel).
You may want to try and find out what caused the issue. That's the idea of the warnings system.
