The old servers are offline so there is no way to get a database backup from those anymore.
Further more you did previously admit to having two accounts. I did restore one for you but in reality both should have been subject to being suspended for the breach of our terms, but you were allowed to keep one of them active.

I'll ask an admin to review again, considering this new information. It might be easier just to combine the accounts so you don't get automatically flagged, but maybe an admin has better advice.

I'm leaning towards the initial decision still, the fact that the information was not offered right away does make it seem like a constructed explanation.
It also sounds as the father-in-law does not do anything with his account on his own, so it would still in reality be viewed as one user with two accounts.

My english is not good enough and is easier to said 'my two accounts' that the long explanation. I am the web designer of the two webs, and my father-in-law is de admin of campingfoz.com, he is the owner of the domain, the owner of the camping and admin the wordpress contents but not the themes or plugins, is his account. In gnomio.es i'm the admin of the contents too, this is my account. So there is not term violations of the free accounts i think. I know others free accounts owners and in some cases i'm the web designer too and i have access to their accounts, but i'm not the owner of those accounts. Then, can you turn my account back, please?. Many thanks!

If you are the admin of all but the content, it would likely fall on the fact you probably set it up and gave the account to him, something that still is disallowed: "Account holders are not permitted to resell, store, or give away x10Hosting services in part or in whole to other parties."
For it to be legit against our ToS, your father in law must be the main admin on the account for all parts of it, which you admit he us not (and he should also be the only one asking for the support for the account).
