I failed to log into my account in April, and my service was deactivated since it was over 45 days since my last login. Can it please be restored?

This service has been restored. Please note we can see this happens often. Please make sure you are watching your email and accessing your service once every 45 days. If this is an issue you can upgrade to our yearly starter plan which allows us to disable the login requirement for you.

It’s been a couple weeks and the service is still listed as terminated in the Dashboard. Can you look into this? Thanks!

Did you log in within 24 hours of the service being restored?

Thank you! I did log into the Dashboard after previous post within 24 hours. I have logged in again now and can confirm it shows as active again.
