Restore of site on Starka

Please check restore of domain k7jep.x10hosting.com (www.k7jep.org) on Starka. Account management page shows zero file space used (empty). Not able to find site files and also not able to log into cPanel.

Starka update thread indicated restore should have been finished 2 days ago.

I have tried to ping k7jep.x10hosting.com as suggested and it returns 69.175.6.102.

Also did trace as suggested by dlukin in a cPanel login thread.

Have tried the following ways to login:

Unable to connect to server either way.

So where exactly is my page now located? It has always been on Starka before.

When I enter my domain: k7jep.org -and- www.k7jep.org both get message: can't find the server at www.k7jep.org.

When enter http://k7jep.x10hosting.com/ I get the following X10Hosting page:

I can login successfully into https://x10hosting.com/control just fine without issue. Can click links to go to Forum and Hosting Account Management page and both work just fine. Account info shows: Status: Unsuspended ... Hosting Server: starka

Can not log into Webmail or cPanel from links on that page. Get message: Login Attempt Failed!

Try directly connecting to http://k7jep.x10hosting.com:2082 and get message: can't establish a connection to the server at k7jep.x10hosting.com:2082.

Even reset password as suggested:

Your password change request has been processed. The changes that occurred to your services are listed below:

* Your client account password was updated successfully.
* Your forum account, bcarc, had its password updated successfully.
* Your hosting account bcarcinc has a password update processing. View.

Think I have tried everything suggested on my side without any luck.

Please HELP!

Staff are currently loaded with request's; try to avoid bumping your ticket since you're actually pushing it to the back of the queue and causing it to take longer to get fixed since staff are working from "oldest reply first".
