Restore previous suspended website

I have been ill and forgot to logon and have lost the site I was building and didn’t back it up.
Is there a way of restoring it please?

As you have already created a new service we wouild not be able to restore your previous.

We can however, terminate the newly created and attempt to restore your existing / previous if you require.
