I think it's a forum, but you are indeed correct - it is pure and utter chaos right now.

@johxdi: there is a serious issue regarding images on your site. The Themes folder is returning 403 forbidden to -everything- inside it, including the images. You need to fix this ASAP; it does absolutely no good for your site to become one of the countless white page black text blue hyperlink forums due to a poor setup.
