I think you can earn real nice CTR if you can just put a 720X90 leader board just below the logo of the site.
Site speed is good.
But main page has 26 external Javascript scripts. Try combining them into one.
Also the mainpage has 3 external stylesheets. Try combining them into one.This will ensure super high speeds to your site.
If you think this is too clumsy or difficult, try searching for plugins which I think are definitely available.As I donot know what programming you used to make your site,I am unable to suggest one.

thanks for the advice i will definitely work on it. i used vanilla 2 forum and also customizing it they say it is the wordpress of forum btw, coding is neat! you may want to check it also.
