I set up this website the other day and kind of threw it together in a short amount of time. Stuff like content and the forums are still being worked on but a review on the layout of the site would be nice.

hmmmm.... takes forever to load...

i think you should try to get rid of the drop shadow from the logo. the nav bar seems to look a bit messed up along the bottom, and perhaps you should make a copyright notice along the bottom of the page. otherwise, people can steal the website template and get away with it. especially if the put the copyright down there before you.

Logo and top navigation seems to be nice.But the rest is not so appealing as above.I think you should consider broadening your forum categories.

i agree with tittat, the area below the nav looks a bit rushed, and also try and learn some basic html as photoshop is not great at slicing images and generating html for everyday use..
