Both links take you to the same site. This site is not yet complete but I would like to know what you think about the general layout (yes, I stuck a random picture in there for now until I can find a good one related to my site).

Link has been disabled since I am updating.

Link has been re-enabled as the new version of my site is up.
Edit:
I have updated my site now, sorry about the downtime.

okay, i accidently posted in your other thread, you should lock taht one now, but anyway I'll repeat myself. It looks nice, but you should get a banner instead of a title, and add a footer. did you make that template yourself?

I based that template off of a some other pre-made templates I had seen. It is not copied though, I only compied some of the positioning. I have a footer (since you asked in the other thread) and I am working on a banner and the picture on the home page (the blue water like one) was going to be the background but I didn't like the look so I used it there until I get some related photos for the site.
Edit:
Anyone going to comment? Is everyone just assuming that this one is as bad as the last one? Please review my new site.

They should also be in google by now too.

Just checked out you site.. (1) Forum link did not work there was just a blank page (2) You should probably keep the navigation table, bar, the same size throughout the site Other than that I like the clean and simple, and functioal layout. Nice Work! BTW What is a Mod?

Looks pretty good and professional.
The mavigation sidebar needs to be the same length as the main content really otherwise it looks weird. You do definitetly need to get yourself a better header, but as you said, you are making one. I personally find the colour scheme a bit dull, that'll probably change when you put a header in but maybe you should try making the background a blue, a bit like the background of this forum?

The site had obviously not finished updating as the sidebar is now the same throughout. My pages are all based off of a DWT. For those of you that don't know what a mod is, it is kinda like an expansion for a game. It modifies some element of the game, in this case, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Also, the forum has been fixed now although it is running the default template and has been reinstalled losing everything. Here is a link to some info about modding oblivion. I would make the content and nav bar the same size but they are both based off of a DWT (Dynamic Web Template) and I am unsure how I could easily make them the same size.

Make the text more fancy and give the site a wee bit more color. Not too much that it gets confusing but enough to keep people around and since its a game type of site, some flash would be a definite bonus.

I personally do not like flash that good and fancy fonts are harder to read and make your site look overly elegant.. I do think it needs some pizazz though. I am making a banner for the top and I will work on some flash content. Maybe a little interactive help guide? Maybe an interactive content finder? I am also working on a unique background and that blue photo there will also be removed, it was going to be the background but I decided to stick it there for use in the general design so I could stick something else there later. Thanks for the input.
