you have some layout issues on the left with your news section, also you should get an image for the big space at the top, or make the navigation go horizontal instead of vertically. other than that i think its good, just needs more content.

Your template is a bit overused (I've seen it on tons of other websites), so you might want to look into getting a theme that fits your website. Also, you should update your news so the default message is gone and your custom messages are there.
