no offence but it is not looking good. the choice of color is very bad as well as the menu. what's up with the calculator font? the logo seems like a 6 year old draw it scanned that and make it as your logo. the background image is really f*cking my eyes. news container and the content is not lined up properly.

it looks kinda local. i really, from the bottom of my liver i hate the navigation buttons. and the color scheme is tooo aaaaahhh. and it also does not look proffesional. i would rate it about 3 / 10. if its you first try then 8.5 / 10. nywayz good luck with your projects.

The colours don't go very well, and you need to add "img {border: none;}" to your CSS file to remove the borders from around images.
There are also both CSS and HTML Validation errors (See Links)
